2. Services
ScrapCarz provides scrap car quotation, vehicle scrapping, and de-registration services for End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV). Quotations are indicative and subject to physical inspection and verification of vehicle details and documents.
3. User Obligations
You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to scrap the vehicle and that all documents (RC, etc.) are valid. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation of services.
4. Pricing and Payment
Final pricing is subject to inspection. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service. We reserve the right to revise quotations if vehicle condition or details differ from what was declared.
5. Limitation of Liability
ScrapCarz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes to Terms
